With Headquarters in Green Bay, Wisconsin, STAT Informatic Solutions is a leading document management and document/digital storage company and is looking for an Inside Sales/Lead Generation Specialist who is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales. Targeted leads will include both small and large business’. This individual must be independently driven and highly motivated, able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources by performing outbound calls, marketing follow-ups, individualized email campaigns, as well as discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with drive to reach decision makers is essential!

Essential Functions:

  • Develop new qualified leads via telephone and occasional mass communication such as email and social media to introduce STAT service offerings and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
  • Conduct industry research on medium to best generate new qualified leads to high level decision makers.
  • Perform needs analysis to determine prospect pain points to determine how the STAT service offerings will speak to those needs.
  • Identify key buying influencers within prospects to determine budget and timeline.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Work with the Chief Development Officer to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
  • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
  • Follow up with non-qualified leads to keep “in the know” should needs change.

The sales territory will be in the Upper Midwest, to include Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota.

This position is salary + commission, with a starting base pay between $40k-$50k. Commission’s have no ceiling!
